Receives Officer Production Coaching From:
- D.Manager/Shift Controller
Provides Officer Development Coaching to:
- Operator and contractor employees
Job Purpose:
- Run a production machine or product according to customer requirements of quality, cost, and time using the most economical means. Any abnormility reporting during production. Recording the data & reporting to Shift Controller with remarks. Health Check up of machines are being used for production & information to shift controller when any abnormility observed.
Typical Knowledge:
- Knowledge of processes & products./ Knowledge of machine operations. /Knowledge of manpower handling./ Leadership /. Knowledge of shop floor systems & procedures. / Attitude for 5s. /
Knowledge of Production schedule as per plan/ Report of Scrap.
Specific QRM Monitoring Responsibilities:
- Work Instruction, Procedures & Formats Needs to be maintained as per ISO/TS 16949:2015. Daily Shift Report (Extruder Log Book).
Competencies: Knowledge of Machine/Material
Common:
- Computer Knowledge, Safety Awareness, Time management, Customer service orientation
Specific:
- ERP System, Knowledge of Production Processes, ability to assess relationships amongst
Manfucturing, feedback skills & business understanding
Measurement Responsibilities:
- Process Parameters & Machine Parameters Controling
General Comment :The job of coordinating and controlling the activities required to make a product,
typically involving effective control of scheduling, cost, performance, quality, and waste requirements
**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
