As a Logistics Broker, you will play a pivotal role in connecting shippers with carriers and dispatchers to facilitate efficient and cost-effective transportation solutions. You will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, carriers, and dispatchers while ensuring the smooth execution of shipments.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Client Acquisition and Management:*
- Identify and acquire new shipper clients looking for transportation services.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, understanding their unique logistics needs.

2. *Carrier and Dispatcher Collaboration:*
- Source and qualify carriers and dispatchers to ensure they meet safety and performance standards.
- Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts with carriers and dispatchers to secure the best options for clients.

3. *Shipment Coordination:*
- Collaborate with dispatchers to coordinate the timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
- Monitor and track shipments, providing real-time updates to clients and carriers.

4. *Problem Resolution:*
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the transportation process, ensuring mínimal disruptions to shipments.

5. *Market Research:*
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting the transportation and logistics sector.

6. *Documentation and Compliance:*
- Ensure all necessary paperwork, including contracts, permits, and compliance documents, are accurately completed and filed.

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- US shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (required)
