**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Experience in Menswear is a must.**

We are a Menswear brand seeking an experienced Assistant Designer and Merchandiser to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Designing: Creating sketches, mood boards, and technical specifications.
- Developing: Creating patterns, samples, and prototypes.
- Communicating: Working with vendors, factories, and Head designer.
- Quality assurance: Inspecting product quality during the design process.
- Managing: Manage and oversee the entire production process for client orders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Apparel Production, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Design and apparel production management.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, materials sourcing, and quality control/checks.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet set timelines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in the Design and production software and tools.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices in apparel production is a plus.
