**Job Title**: Backend Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relations and Sales Associate, specializing in handling walk-in customers and catering to Interior Designers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers and assisting them throughout their entire journey

**Responsibilities**:

- Build strong relationships with Interior Designers, understanding their project needs, and collaborating to offer solutions.
- Guide customers and professionals through the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the sales order, ensuring a satisfying experience.
- Create visually appealing and informative QR codes for display materials and products, ensuring accurate information is provided to enhance the customer's experience and promote sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as inventory management and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any customer-related issues or concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design concepts, and new product releases to provide up-to-date information and recommendations to customers and professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the CRM system.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or interior design-related roles is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and professionals.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Attention to detail and a creative mindset, ensuring accurate and visually appealing QR codes and quotations.
- Knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and industry standards is advantageous.
