POSITION NAME: IT cum Soft Skill Faculty DIVISION / FUNCTION: Operations-SAVE REPORTING STRUCTURE: Reports to: Centre Head POSITION OBJECTIVE: To impart training and monitor the student life cycle for ensuring standard outcome Duties & Responsibilities: o Imparting training on assigned courses. o Mapping and identifying Differently-Abled youth for the next batch. o Identifying training location and infrastructure as per the requirement. o Counseling the Differently-Abled Youth to join the course and to join a job after the training. o Review student resumes and give feedback; provide coaching for the interview process. o Conducting mock interviews. o Assign and grade class work, homework, tests and assignments. o Maintain students’ attendance as per the policy and Keep proper records and documents of batch wise students’ attendance. o Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students. o Observe and maintain proper records of student’s progress and development. o Counseling of students with academic issues and challenges and provide encouragement to the students. o Groom the students to prepare for jobs. o Need to coordinate with the Admin, accounts and other support functional teams time to time as per the requirement. o Need to escort the students to the job interview locations on the dates of interviews. o Need to undertake additional responsibilities from time to time based on the organizational needs. Role Holder’s PROFILE: Education:Minimum GraduateRelevant Experience in years : 1yearFreshers are also welcome Technical Knowledge / Skills:Professional training in Soft Skill and ITProfessional behavior and attitude towards responsibilities and organizational policiesComputer literacy with sound knowledge of updated Microsoft Office Page2 | 2 Other desired skills/flexibility:Willing to travel to remote areas for connecting beneficiaries and stakeholdersWillingness to travel to remote areas for conducting trainings.Ability to organize tasks to save time and effort.Adaptability skills.Knowledge on social media and groups over virtual platform.Flexible to engage and manage students over virtual platforms.Enthusiasm for Learning Language Ability:Proficient in English, Bengali and Hindi is desired. / Regional language depends as per the specific region Target Industry:Information TechnologyWorking with non-profits/ disability sector is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
