Admission Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
**University Liaison**: Communicate and maintain relationships with partner universities and colleges to stay updated on program offerings, admission criteria, and any changes in policies.

**Financial Aid Guidance**: Provide information about scholarships, grants, and financial aid opportunities available to students.

**Marketing Support**: Collaborate in marketing efforts, including organizing educational fairs, seminars, and workshops to promote the consultancy's services.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience (preferably 2-3 years) in student admissions, education counseling, or related fields.
- Knowledge of different education systems, universities, and admissions processes across various countries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and university representatives.
- Familiarity with visa regulations and procedures for different countries.
- Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills.
- Proficiency in using educational software and databases.
- Multilingual abilities might be advantageous in dealing with international clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- A genuine passion for education and helping students achieve their academic goals.
