**Job Title**: Junior Graphic Designer (0-1 Year Experience)

**Commitment**: 1-year minimum

**Education**: Bachelor's (preferred)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design eye-catching social media graphics, banners, ad creatives, and marketing posters
- Assist in the creation and editing of videos for digital promotions
- Maintain visual consistency across all branding and marketing materials
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute campaign visuals
- Deliver creatives within set timelines and ensure high quality
- Stay updated with current design trends and tools

**Requirements**:

- 0-1 year of relevant design experience (Freshers with strong skills are welcome)
- Must have completed a Photoshop course - strong skills in Photoshop are essential
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
- Basic video editing skills are a plus (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to work from office (on-site only) and maintain a 1-year commitment
- Must own a personal laptop
