**Role & Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Operations**: Maintain accurate records, documentation, and filing systems; prepare, verify, and process forms, invoices, and reports.
- **Data Management**: Ensure precise data entry and maintenance in internal systems; generate and present operational and performance reports.
- **Process Coordination**: Collaborate across departments to streamline workflows and monitor task progress for timely completion.
- **Compliance**: Conduct quality checks on data and processes to ensure adherence to company policies and resolve discrepancies effectively.
- **Communication and Support**: Act as a central point of contact for inter-departmental communication and address internal queries promptly.

**Skills & Qualification**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years of experience in a back-office or similar administrative role.
- **Skills**:

- You should be proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- You should have strong organizational and time-management skills.
- You should have exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- You should be familiar with data entry, management tools, and ERP systems.
- You should be able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You should have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- You should be proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
