Coordination Support

Description:
- Responsible for handling client queries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Act as a liaison between the students, teachers, and the platform administration. Ensure that the classes are running smoothly.
- Manage the day-to-day operations on the platform efficiently and report the same to the management.
- Track, update, and maintain the records.
- Has an integral part in recruitment activities like screening resumes, Phone screening, onboarding new hires, etc.
- Proactive coordination and participation in the events and activities for the platform as required by the management.
Qualifications:
- Graduates/Post graduates with a minimum experience of 2-3 years.
- Excellent communication skills(verbal and written) in English.
- Team player with a pleasing personality, solid work ethic, and good marketing skills.
- Good computer skills.
- Laptop/computer and a stable broadband connection.
- Willing to work US/UK shifts.
**Salary**: From ₹12,000.00 per month
