- Need a good knowledge in civil based software and theoretical awareness.
- Good teaching skill required.
- Should teach online and offline in both malayalam and English languages.
- Contribution to the continuous improvement of the student experience or lead programmes / modules effectively including adopting a responsive approach to students.
- Should be capable of conducting both online and offline classes

**Software knowledge preference**:

- Autocad
- Revit architecture
- 3Ds Max
- Quantity survey
- Quantity take off
- Etab
- And other beneficial softwares.

**Qualification**: Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering

**Experience**:

- Industrial Occupations: 1years (preferred)
- Teaching Experience: 1 years (Preferred
