We are currently seeking a Business Sys. Analysis Advisor to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

**Role Description-**

**Job Responsibilities-**
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders through design and implementation, including needs analysis and system requirements.
- Consult with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives.
- Write documentation to describe systems requirements in detailed use cases and user stories.
- Write manuals for users to describe functionalities and features.
- Work independently, use available resources to get unblocked, and complete tasks on-schedule by exercising strong judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Interact with team members to determine best solutions
- Interact with product owners and end-users to understand business needs.
- Get feedback from, and build solutions for, users and customers

**Mandatory Skills-**
- 7+ years of related experience
- Experience with Business Process Modeling tools
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- In Depth knowledge of Health plans, Claims life Cycle.
- In Depth knowledge of Government Plans like Medicare and Medicaid
- Experience in designing solutions for Health plans and supporting Product Owners for creating solutions.
- Experience in supporting the development team on User Stories and Testing teams on defects.
- Experience of working in Agile teams - Scrum/KANBAN
- Experience in scripting for RDBMS like Oracle/ MS SQL
- Experience of executing projects in Agile using continuous / continuous deployment
- Excellent communication skills and a degree of technical leadership skills.

**Preferred Skills not Mandatory-**
- Experience with ITSM processes or tools in coordination with other IT processes and disciplines (e.g. software development, operations, infrastructure)
- Developer / Tester Experience
