**Projet**:

- Project Management Consultant Services for the Project for Climate Change Response and Ecosystem Services Enhancement in Rajastahn (CRESEP)**Ginger SOFRECO** is looking for experts to constitute its Project Management Consultant team to support the **Project for Climate Change Response and Ecosystem Services Enhancement in Rajasthan (CRESEP)**, implemented by the Government of **India** and financed through a loan from the **Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).**

**CRESEP** is an **8-year project** aimed at addressing climate change and enhancing ecosystem services through afforestation, forest conservation, biodiversity conservation, eco-restoration, livelihood improvement activities, and institutional strengthening. The project seeks to contribute to the sustainable socioeconomic development of **Rajasthan.**
- **Location**: Jaipur, Rajasthan, with some field visits
- **Expected Start Date**: May 2025
- **Contract Type**: Consultancy (part-time)
- **Preference**: Local profiles based in Jaipur will be valued.
- To develop gender mainstreaming strategy and action plan.
- To develop gender-related training module for the project staff at all levels.
- To develop gender monitoring indicators to be included in the project M&E system.
- To attend to any other tasks reasonably allocated by the Team Leader.

**QUALIFICATION**Qualifications**:

- Postgraduate degree in Gender Studies, Sociology, Rural Sociology, or a related field.
- ** Experience**:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in community-based sustainable forest management, biodiversity conservation, or natural resource management.
- At least 2 donor-funded projects (preferably JICA) in sustainable forest management as an Institutional Capacity Development expert or similar position.
- Proven records of research/field work on gender.
- ** Languages**: English and Hindi.
