Role
- Analyze data to identify profitable trading opportunities
- Develop new and improve existing trading & investment strategies using prop platforms
- Analyze the performance of deployed strategies, and improve efficiency
- Work closely internal teams to provide research insights.
- Assist in developing new analytical tools and processes

About us
- Promoters include a veteran with 30+ years of experience in the market, a person having 14+ years of experience in quant & CFA charter holder with 7+ years experience
- Our strategies would be a blend of hard core research, market flows based & quant. So we are expecting to outperform the market during most times
- Scale up of corpus should be large and swift
- It will be a small team, so opportunities for growth and learning would be substantial (exponential)
- Hands on experience of building own team as the fund & team grows
- Variable pay can include % of performance fees received by entity upon better than satisfactory performance in future years

Expectations
- Data & process driven, self motivated, able to adapt and work to fast changing environment
- Exp: 1-5 years in working in AIF/ PMS/ Mutual funds/ other fund houses
- Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or other quantitative discipline.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
