**Company Description**:
Baylink helps independent online businesses to have an offline retail presence across India using their unique Omni-Channel strategy. The company is located in Delhi and helps these businesses achieve an enhanced market presence and increased sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads of relevant stores to expand our retail network.
- Pitch company products and ideas to retailers effectively.
- Fulfill daily and monthly tasks to achieve sales targets.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with retailers.
- Maintain accurate records of orders and conduct weekly reconciliation with stores.
- Inform retailers about promotional schemes and possess problem-solving skills to address any issues.

**Compensation**:

- Salary: ₹15,000-₹30,000 per month, based on experience and will vary based on the target achieved. It is a full-time role.

**Ability to commute/relocate**:
Vaishali, Ghaziabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Language**:
Hindi (preferred)

English (required)

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in maintaining and tracking orders.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in the retail industry.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
