FOH Trainers
- Train foundational position knowledge and skill to BOH Team Members to enable quality execution of IHOP Standard Operating Procedures.
- Provides recommendations to Team Leader for station setup and product placement to improve and facilitate execution.
- Ensures that the Guest Experience is never jeopardized through delivering a poor product or excessive cook time.
- Train foundational position knowledge and skill to FOH Team Members to enable quality execution of IHOP Standard Operating Procedures.
- Provides regular feedback to Team Leader on Trainee performance.
- Provides recommendations to Team Leader for station setup and product placement improve and facilitate execution.
- Ensures that the Guest Experience is never jeopardized through delivering sub-standard service or excessive service times.

NRO Trainers

The Regional Training Consultant (RTC) and Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) will work together to assess each Franchisee’s needs for New Restaurant Opening training support.

IHOP Provided Trainers

IHOP provided NRO Trainers are contracted for a specific number of hours per week and for a specific skill set.

IHOP-provided NRO Trainers are not contracted to:

- Be “craft” labor
- Perform Restaurant Manager functions/responsibilities
- Manage restaurant Team Member
- Provide I.T. support
- Train management personnel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
