**Job Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement design concepts consistent with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with various departments to translate their requirements into designs.
- Ensure all graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Ensure design consistency across all channels and platforms.
- Curate fonts and styles to maintain design uniformity.
- Create custom illustrations or other graphic elements when required.
- Enhance, retouch, and resize photos and graphics.
- Use photo-editing tools and software to maintain high-quality visuals.
- Regularly review and recommend improvements to existing designs.
- Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and product managers for cohesive project outcomes.
- Provide design feedback and guidance to junior team members or interns.
- Engage with clients to understand their visual requirements.
- Present design concepts and receive feedback for iterative improvement.
- Organize and maintain a library of design assets, including images, animations, and graphics.
- Ensure a seamless workflow through effective asset management and archiving.

**Salary**: ₹264,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Graphic design: 1 year (preferred)
