Maintenance Plumber

Hello,
We are a company which providing Building Maintenance service from last 4 years in Thane Location. We have requirement **Plumber **for our client location which is in Thane.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Follow up & update Water Tanker
- Track the Water level indicator
- Maintain the water tank level
- Maintenance work in Residential Buildings & In-house
- Good Customer Relationship on site customer
- Technical Knowledge
- Update & Record the daily work data
- Fault Finding and resolve it e.g. leakages etc.

**Key Skills**
- Knowledge of Hand tools e.g. spanners etc.
- Knowledge of Pump & Valves Operations
- Knowledge of Piping, Drainage lines etc.
- Knowledge of Plumbing Materials e.g. Pipes, Valves etc.
- Problem Analysis
- Fault Finding & Solution

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- 10th/12th Pass with Experienced of Plumbing work
- ITI/NCVT with Experienced of Plumbing work.

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Flexible shift
- Rotational shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
