1. The Incumbent shall actively engage with the Regional Sales Team, and guide them appropriately to ensure that commercial objectives and policies of the organization are met.
2. Provide active support to VP Sales & VP - MTD for meeting commercial & supply chain objectives on
- Inventory of Finished Goods
- Receivables Management
- Capex for Sales & Marketing Teams
- Revenue Expenses for Sales & Marketing Teams
- Margin Management
3. Play a key role in preparing Sales & Marketing MIS
- Collate, analyze the data from the Regional Heads
- Market Share Analysis and Market Growth reporting
- Preparation of Quarterly and Annual Sales Projections
- Annual Sales Budgeting and base sales information for Long Range Planning (LRP) exercise
4. Have regular engagements with Cross Functional Teams & Finance to review, monitor and work on corrective actions on the above.
5. Guide the Sales & Commercial Teams on commercial and regulatory issues involved in the “Order to Cash” process.
6. Play a key role in owning and driving the ISO Objectives for the Sales & Commercial Team
7. Play a key role in the Organization’s ERP initiative from Marketing & Sales Perspective.
8. Actively engage with Customers & regions in resolving important customers commercial issues.

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
