**Responsibilities**:

- Issuing a purchase order in the system as per requirements for various vendors.
- Coordinating with vendors for following up for pending bill submission and any other payment related mismatch issue
- Verifying and recommending various vendor bills through system
- Verifying and submitting the bills to accounts team
- Coordinating with the accounts team for vendor payments and payment advice
- Maintaining /Keeping all vendor bill submission and payment data in addition to the reconsolation of payments with vendor.
- Keeping weekly/ monthly /yearly vendor PO and submitted bills and payment data.
- Minimum 1 year experience required.

Qualification : Bcom/ Mcom/ BBA & MBA (In Finance)

Location: Dehri, Umbergaon

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Umbargaon, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Tally (preferred)
