**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct financial analysis and reporting for various business units, including sales, marketing, and operations, to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support management in making informed decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial models and projections for new product launches, market expansions, and strategic initiatives.
- Perform variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to improve financial performance and efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the financial health of the business and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Provide support during audits and reviews by external auditors, ensuring accurate and timely submission of financial data and documentation.
- Mentor and train junior members of the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA or ICWA certification required.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.
- Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems; experience with SAP or Oracle is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence key stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering results and driving process improvements.
