EWM Functional JD JD: ? Having at least 6-8 years of experience as SAP EWM Functional Consultant especially in application support / maintenance projects. ? Preferably with EWM Certification has good exposure to relevant ECC objects who has worked on EWM and has good understanding of EWM & MM business processes (Retail Industry experience preferred but not mandatory). ? Should be able to handle day-day ECC-EWM Queue monitoring including ability to analyse the queue debug if required and identify the problem area do the necessary correction and reprocess the queue. ? Should be adept at functional analysis (debugging skills are welcome but not pre-requisite) and doing RCA handling Incidents CRs Problem ticket resolution in AMS environment. Must Have Skills: ? Providing day to day support to Business users for recurring SAP EWM issues involving configuration and/or processes via resolution of Incidents and CRs. ? Identifying the root cause and solving Incidents within Business SLA. ? Monitoring managing and resolving of failed ECC-EWM queues with debugging. ? ON CALL / Standby support to resolve priority business issues including on weekends as and when required. ? Interaction with Customers and their Business Partners for solving the issues. ? Handling L2-L3 category Incidents Problem Tickets and Change Requests. ? Raising OSS to SAP in case of error faced in standard program and have implemented the solution as per Business requirements. ? Identifying the changes required and coordinate with Business to raise a CR and implement and test changes and deploy in production as part of standard Change Management Process. EWM Knowledge: ? Familiar with Packaging Specifications. ? Familiar with cross-docking process Slotting and Replenishment. ? Familiar with warehouse process types creation. ? Involved in stock posting changes in warehouses. ? Good knowledge in POSC and LOSC. ? Knowledge of Enterprise structure by defining plants purchase organizations storage locations storage sections bins. ? Familiar with warehouse capacity and warehouse order creation rules. ? Involved in Inbound Process such as goods receipts which includes put away unloading. ? Involved in outbound process such as goods issue which includes picking loading and shipping. ? Basic knowledge of Integration between ECC and EWM. ? Worked on Activity Areas. ? Monitoring warehouse products. ? Have knowledge in strategies of Goods Receipt and Goods Issues. ? Good Knowledge in Crossdocking and Voice Picking. ? Good knowledge in Auto wave process in Goods Issue process. ? Good Knowledge in Two step wave picking. ? Good knowledge in RF Device.
