**Job Title: Environment, Health, and Safety Officer**

As an Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Officer at our corporate interior design company, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees, laborers, contractors, and visitors. Your role will involve developing and implementing policies and procedures to promote occupational health and safety compliance.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop, update, and implement EHS policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits on ongoing sites to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Organize and conduct EHS training programs for employees to promote awareness and best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to teams on safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses in the workplace to identify potential safety risks.
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize risks and improve workplace safety.
- Investigate site incidents, accidents, or near-misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain records of incidents and monitor trends to prevent future occurrences.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures and crisis management protocols.
- Conduct drills and simulations to ensure readiness in case of emergencies.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
