SRI KANCHI KAMATCHI ENERGY MOTORS PRIVATE LIMITED (SRIKKA MOTORS) is a manufacturer of electric motors, specifically manufacturing industrial electric vibration motors in accordance with international manufacturing standards as well as ASME Y14 quality standards. We implement QFD throughout our processes to maintain product quality at every stage of manufacturing.

Located in the manufacturing capital of southern India - Coimbatore, Srikka motors is progressing and contributing to make in india with its advanced manufacturing process and 100% native components.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspection of more complex component.
- Verification of manufacturing documents with component drawings.
- Ensure that all relevant Quality standards and requirements are met.
- Inspecting incoming raw materials, components, and finished products
- Maintaining and updating inspection records.
- Performing RCA and FMEA characteristics as per company standard.
- Ensure, by verifying it during inspections, the implementation of Quality Management Plan.
- Coordinate between assembly line, Machine shop and production.
- Coordinating the third-party or vendor inspection visits on the shop floor.

**Skills Required**:

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Ability to use applicable tools and equipment, understanding of Quality inspection procedures.
- Base knowledge in GD&T
- Quality standards like ASME, ISO
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic level MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

1 to 3 years

Less than 30 years

**Qualification**

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
