**Experience**:

- Total experience:

- 5 years of experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or customer service roles.
- Minimum experience:

- 2-3 years experience in sales coordination or similar role

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Skillset:

- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking systems.

**Profile Introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate sales activities by scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and following up on leads.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about products or services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and pipelines.
- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Manage the sales database and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Coordinate logistics for sales events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Work closely with other departments such as marketing, finance, and logistics to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, organizing travel arrangements, and processing expense reports.
- Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely resolution of any issues or concerns.

**Requirement**
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the industry is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
