About Us:
Crazy pencilz is a leading creative agency specializing in advertising, video production, and digital marketing services. We help brands grow through impactful, innovative, and data-driven marketing solutions. We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:
Manage client accounts, ensuring the successful execution of advertising, video, and digital marketing campaigns.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, objectives, and ensuring high-level client satisfaction.

Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, digital marketing, etc.) to deliver campaigns on time, within budget, and in line with client expectations.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships, offering strategic guidance to improve marketing performance.

Oversee campaign performance analysis, providing clients with insights and recommendations to optimize their strategies.

Lead the preparation of client presentations, reports, and proposals.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the company stays ahead of the curve in terms of digital marketing innovations.

Negotiate contracts, handle budgets, and ensure campaign resources are allocated effectively.

Support the sales team in pitching to new clients and expanding business with existing clients.

Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role within the advertising, video production, or digital marketing industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns / Projects simultaneously.

Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

Experience in leading video and multimedia marketing campaigns.

To Apply:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
