Research:

- You should be researching current fashion trends and determining what consumers are liking and will incline in future.
- Forecast the fashion and fashion trends for every 1-2 years

Design:

- Sketch and Design the Fashion

Mastering the fabric:

- You should be testing and deciding on fabrics, colors, patterns, and textures for each design.

Mastering the patterns:

- You should be working and guiding on patterns for high-end fashion.

Merchandising:

- You should be preparing a time and action calendar.
- Prepare sourcing, costing and develop garment detail sheet / tech pack.

Product Placement Testing:

- Work with a team of Ecommerce to make sure your fashion photoshoot and videos are created according to brands’ guidelines.
- Support the team in the delivery of final shoot files for publish, upload and go digital.

Vendors and Production Management:

- Coordination with the suppliers
- Document the production, samples, swatches and notes from the buyer
- Coordination with the buyers for their business success with our company
- Create SOP for each production order
- Assist the production team with their queries
- Setup quality check process at every stage of production

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in fashion design
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, CLO-3D
- Minimum 1 year of working experience is MUST
- Able to perform multi-task is MUST
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
