**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Erode & Salem. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with promoting the Service Pluz brand and exploring new avenues to increase revenue. The specialist will work on sales management, customer service, hiring, training, and communication to drive business growth.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service
- Proven track record in driving sales
- Marketing & lead generation
- Experience in training, developing, and managing sales teams
- Strong sales management experience
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields

Relevant Skills and Qualifications that would be beneficial include proficiency in Microsoft Office and hiring & marketing automation platforms, familiarity with social media and web analytics, and experience within the Home Service market.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
