**Position description**:
Retail Assets - LAP - Sales Executive

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- To source Business from the Branch Customer base / HNW of the Branch / Open Market.
- Cold Calling, Leaflet distribution.
- Meet the Customer at the residence or office, and collect / verify (KYC) documents with the original. Verify property documents.
- Visit & verify the property which is to be mortgaged.
- Negotiate with the customer for Rate & PF.
- Post sanction collect the disbursement docs
- Cross sell other Asset Products

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Adhoc MIS as and when RSM/ZSM ask for Branch / DSA review at location level.

- **Industry**: Banking preferred - but not a constraint
