**Must Have**:

- Sound knowledge of the vocational education system in Australia with an understanding of the Australian Education System, Australian Education Regulators, and Representative bodies.
- Understanding of Australian Qualification Framework (AQF) Levels
- High-level interpersonal and oral communication skills, with the ability to consult, counsel, and liaise with a range of people from culturally diverse backgrounds.
- Enthusiastic, creative, honest, careful, passionate about sales and services of educational activities
- Persuasive sales and communication skills, good impressions on clients
- Attention to detail, task-orientated and possesses good presentation skills
- Highly motivated and self-driven, can work in a team and as an individual
- The ability to work under pressure and multi-task
