Job Responsibilities
- Only malayali's preferred
- Making rounds and performing patient exams
- getting a patient's medical history
- counselling a patient or their attendants on managing a medical condition
- providing moral support to patients and their families
- Contributes to a physician’s efficiency by identifying short-term and long-range patient care issues.
- Recommends options and courses of action for patient care.
- Implements physician directives.
- supervising continuity of care for hospitalised patients
- assessing a patient's clinical condition
- offering health education
- preparing case histories
- preparing discharge summaries
- setting fractures and stitching wounds
- preparing death summaries
Job Specifications
- A Bachelor's degree in physician assistant or B.Sc/GNM Nursing
- Proven work experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse
- A state license
- BLS certification
- Strong analytical and technical skills.
- Detail oriented with good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent team working, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to treat patients with compassion and empathy.
- Physiological knowledge
- Bedside manner
- Infection control
- Administering medication
- Pain management
**Salary**: From ₹22,000.00 per month
