**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads** for product-based campaigns to maximize **sales and ROI.**:

- Conduct **A/B testing** on ad creatives, copy, and targeting to enhance performance.
- **Analyze and optimize ad spend** to improve conversions while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Implement **advanced audience targeting** and **retargeting strategies** using Meta Pixel.
- Monitor **campaign KPIs** and generate reports with insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with **Meta Ads policies, trends, and algorithm changes.**:

- Collaborate with content and design teams to create **high-performing ad creatives.**

**Skills & Competencies**:
**Expertise in Meta Ads Manager** (Facebook & Instagram) with a strong understanding of performance marketing.
Hands-on experience in **e-commerce, pharma, wellness, or consumer product advertising.**
Strong skills in **audience segmentation, pixel tracking, and conversion rate optimization.**
Proficiency in **Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and ad tracking tools.**
Ability to **analyze data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns for higher ROAS.**

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Advertising, or a related field.**:

- **Meta Blueprint Certification** is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
