We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Quantitative Aptitude Faculty to join our team at Stalwart Careers. As a Quantitative Aptitude Faculty, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in the field of quantitative aptitude for MBA entrance exams. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of quantitative aptitude concepts, and the ability to create engaging lesson plans.

**Qualifications And Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in teaching quantitative aptitude for MBA entrance exams
- Strong understanding of quantitative aptitude concepts and problem-solving techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage and motivate students effectively
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of exam patterns and changes

**Roles And Responsibilities**
- Deliver high-quality lectures and discussions on quantitative aptitude topics for MBA entrance exams
- Create and implement effective lesson plans to engage students and facilitate learning
- Mentor and guide students in their preparation for quantitative aptitude sections of exams
- Provide timely feedback and assessment to students to track their progress
- Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, syllabus, and changes in quantitative aptitude topics
- Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the overall learning experience
- Assist in the development and improvement of course material and curriculum
- Conduct regular practice sessions and mock tests to help students evaluate their performance
- Maintain a supportive and motivating learning environment for students

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
