- Incentives are over and above the CTC
- FOR GOA: Base location for Goa is in North Goa (Local Goans are highly preferred)
- Prior experience in Residential - Channel partner management is also considered.

**Requirements**:

- Location: Navi Mumbai / Goa
- 6+ years of relevant experience is required
- This is an Individual Contribution role To jump-start the Retail leasing business in Navi Mumbai
- Must Have Relationships with local developers and channel partners in Goa or Navi Mumbai
- Position reports to a TL
- Any Graduate
- Experience in Retail Leasing

**Salary**: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Residential background - Channel partner in Real Estate: 6 years (required)
- in Real Estate: 6 years (required)
- in Retail Leasing: 5 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Relationship wth locl developers &channel partner NaviMumbai (required)
- Comfortable with Ctc 10 - 12 lacs (required)
- Are u From Navi Mumbai / Mumbai / Thane (required)
- Having Own Bike (required)
- u have 2 wheeler Driving License (required)
