**Job Title**: STP Operator

**Location**: Dehradun

**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain the STP to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor and record operational data, including flow rates, chemical usage, and effluent quality.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
- Adjust controls to regulate flow rates, chemical dosages, and other operational parameters.
- Conduct basic laboratory tests to assess water quality and adjust processes as necessary.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of plant operations, maintenance activities, and compliance reports.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for major repairs or overhauls.
- Assist in the preparation of reports on plant performance and improvement initiatives.
- Respond to emergencies and system alarms in a timely and effective manner.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in operating a Sewage Treatment Plant, preferably with a capacity of 300 KLD or more.
- Basic understanding of wastewater treatment processes and environmental regulations.
- Ability to perform basic laboratory tests for water quality analysis.
- Willingness to work in different shifts.

Pay: ₹8,065.88 - ₹15,000.00 per month
