**1.** To assist the shift manager in maximization and efficiency of production output within compliance of the company’s Health, Safety and Environmental processes and procedures

**2.** To ensure that the controls on a particular machine or process lines are set up correctly

**3.** Set machine and processing equipment to specification. Adjusting machine settings to maintain process to specification.

**4.** Set and load tools, dies or mold to machines and processing equipment

**5.** Carry out process monitoring checks using statistical process control techniques

**6.** Working in development teams to introduce new materials, products or process technology

**7.** Take appropriate decision in conjunction with QC inspector to continue / stop production if standards are not met.

**8.** Ensuring proper recipe and RM proper condition for processing, any change in recipe, notify to Shift Manager

9. Responsible for any defects produced in the shift.

10. Manager Labor resources and shift efficiency in absence of shift manager

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
