Experience in campaign development, design execution and conceptualization. Must be a natural leader, strong design thinker, visual story teller and problem solver. Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience and generate clear ideas and concepts Able to come-up with innovative ideas appropriate to requirements. Should be able to execute design for various formats like digital collaterals, websites, digital ads, campaigns, product packaging and able to adapt as per the standards Able to visualize the concepts and produce stunning graphics. Performs basic layout in sketch and/ or digital formats for assigned project that is complementary to tone and style of copy Minimum - BFA, Bsc. Visual Communication or Bsc. Electronic Media Or Any Design related under
- graduate / post graduate degree specializing in art for advertising and branding. Should be able to deliver tasks on timely basis and full fill the requirements of the respective business Should be able to bring out innovations to the creatives by making them more appealing to the audience. Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure with excellent time-management skills. Can prioritize a high volume of work, while giving each project the attention it deserves

The responsibilities of this position includes:
