Education Counselor

**Job Title**: Education Counsellor
- **Conversion of Leads**: Engage with potential clients and convert leads into successful enrollments.
- **Cold Calling**: Proactively reach out to potential customers through cold calling to generate interest and leads.
- **Customer Identification**: Identify and target the right customers who are in need of educational services.
- **Product Knowledge**: Gain in-depth knowledge of the educational products and services offered. Training will be provided by the sales head.
- **Target-Based Role**: Work towards achieving set targets and goals for enrollments and lead conversions.
- **Incentives**: Earn incentives based on performance and successful conversions.
