**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers in a timely manner.
- Introduce the company's products and services, and answer any questions or concerns.
- Follow a prepared script for each call, ensuring consistency in information delivery.
- Generate sales leads, set up appointments, or close sales over the phone.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets as set by the sales manager.
- Provide feedback to the team and suggest ways to improve sales techniques.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company promotions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.
- Fluency in Hindi and Tamil is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to handle rejections and remain positive on calls.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other call-tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused mindset.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Must be Fluent in Hindi
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Organizational and time management skills
- Quick learner with a willingness to learn about new products
- Knowledge of the gifting industry is a plus

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
