Key Responsibilities

- **Student Support**: Provide additional support and tutoring to students needing extra help and encourage them to work to their full potential.
- **Parent Communication**: Maintain regular communication with parents, providing updates on student progress and attending parent-teacher meetings.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of student performance and submit progress reports as required.
- **Professional Development**: Participate in faculty meetings and professional development sessions to enhance teaching practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- **Education**: A Bachelor's degree in education, with a focus on mathematics, is often required.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to convey information clearly to students, parents, and colleagues.
- **Patience & Enthusiasm**: A patient and compassionate approach, along with a passion for mathematics, is essential to inspire young learners.
