**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell our products or services.
- Explain the features and benefits of our products or services to customers.
- Understanding the need of the customer and helping the customer to choose the right financial product as per their eligibility.
- Suggesting the customer alternative products based on need Answer customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
- The KYC (Know Your Customer) process for customers will be conducted with the assistance of the CST (Customer Service Team).

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A persuasive personality and the ability to handle objections.
- Knowledge of sales principles and techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems. Strong organizational and time management skills.
