- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of proven experience in branch/operations management.
- Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and drive strategic initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation
