**Sales & Marketing Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for back support to the Sales & Marketing Department
- Timely Respond
- Technical Information
- Ensuring timely delivery of quality goods according to specification.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through proper collection of feedback.
- Co-ordination with dispatch department
- Conducting market research in service
- Travelling in case of product presentation or client satisfaction
- Understanding & Negotiating on the basis of regulatory requirement for the product.
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
- Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing them to new markets.
- Developing new business opportunities.
- Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
- Coming up with branding techniques and budget
- Collecting customer feedback and solution findings
- Proving timeline for sales and marketing.
- Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale
Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and provide customer with quotations
- Follow up with the customers to maintain and grow business relationship
- Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a marketing role
- Experience in pharmaceutical or related industries
- Proficiency in English, Hindi
- Thorough understanding of marketing, sales and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner who has a strong passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Skilled in delivering attractive presentations

**Qualification**
- B.Pharma /D.Pharma/B.sc or Any Relevant Education
- Excellent communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
