**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach Psychology to Classes 11 and 12 as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Plan and execute engaging lessons that build conceptual understanding and analytical skills.
- Prepare students for CBSE board exams through structured revision, assessments, and practical sessions.
- Encourage research, case study discussions, and classroom debates related to human behavior and mental processes.
- Support students during evening prep time and be available for academic doubt-clearing.
- Participate in school events, counseling awareness activities, and mental wellness initiatives.
- Handle residential duties including dormitory supervision, student mentoring, and general care, as per the schedule.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Master’s Degree in Psychology along with a B.Ed. (mandatory).
- Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience at the Senior Secondary level (CBSE).
- Prior experience in a residential school is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Empathetic, student-friendly, and committed to their academic and personal growth.
