Managing huge numbers of calls in a timely and effective manner.
- Identify customer needs.
- Understanding customer problems.
- Providing the right solutions to customer.
- Keeping records of all customer conversations on the database.
- Meeting targets in number of call time, call quality, resolution quality etc.
- Following communication scripts.

The responsibilities may or may not include:

- Managing social media review sites.
- Upselling/crosselling to the customer.
- Conducting customer research.
- Attending trainings to continuously improve knowledge and performance.

Requirement
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Graduate preferred
- Customer satisfaction.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Experience**:

- Sales/calling: 1 year (preferred)
