Saswati Kiran Industries Pvt. Ltd. is a growing organization committed to excellence in manufacturing and operations. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented **Accountant** to join our team and support our financial activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, invoicing, and ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Prepare tax returns and assist in GST/TDS related documentation.
- Provide accurate financial reports to management for decision-making.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
- Accommodation: Room and food will be provided by the company.

**Working Hours**:

- 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
