**SOX Assurance and Internal Audit Coordinator**:
We are searching for a Coordinator (Bangalore, India) to support management of our activity plans across SOX Assurance (Business and IT) and Internal Audit. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team and help shape the future of its operations, as we work towards becoming a world-class Internal Audit & Assurance function within the organization’s third line of defense. The work will involve strong liaison with both internal stakeholders across the business and external stakeholders at a senior level.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support Business and IT SOX Assurance Managers and the Internal Audit Manager with coordination of our annual third line of defense testing and resource plans, budget management and status reporting.
- ** Ensure interlock with key internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to SOX process and control owners, functional leads / internal audit sponsors, second line of defense compliance teams and external auditor **(KPMG).
- Stay abreast of developments and emerging risks and issues across the organization and proactively identify potential impacts on activity and resource plans.
- ** Understand and communicate critical matters** / issues to key stakeholders, **ensuring clear actions and ownerships** are defined and closed in a timely manner.
- ** Ensure standard operational procedures** are established and embedded across the team**, including defined structure over budget tracking, resource scheduling, RAID management and key repositories **with clear access and version controls.
- ** Support the administration **and usage of **GRC tool.**:

- Provide ad hoc support where required.

**Education and Experience Required**:
- A Bachelor’s degree
- ** 4+ years **of relevant experience in internal and external audit
- Experience developing and managing delivery of audit plans in a complex, fast-moving environment
- ** Experience in both the IT industry sector and SOX auditing / compliance** requirements preferred but not necessary
- Advanced English is a must

**Knowledge and Skills Required**:
- Understanding of the end-to-end audit lifecycle
- Strong planning, project management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in a remote setup
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to think “big picture”
- Good analytical skills with a keen eye for details
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint knowledge a must
- Experience with project management tools and GRC solutions (Workiva) would be an advantage
- Looking forward to work within a fast-operating team and able to work well under pressure.
