Business Administration Trainee

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scheduling meetings, and document management.
- Support various departments in day-to-day operational activities.
- Conduct research and compile reports to assist in decision-making processes.
- Help with project coordination, including tracking progress and meeting deadlines.
- Communicate with internal teams and external vendors or clients professionally.
- Assist with preparing presentations and internal communications.
- Maintain and update company records and databases.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Prior internship or office experience (a plus but not required)..
