**About our Company**

SpeEdLabs, founded by IIT/IIM alumni, is an adaptive practice platform that provides learners with artificial intelligence enabled personalized practice-based learning. Students of CBSE and ICSE boards from class 7th onwards can take advantage of the platform. The platform also helps students prepare for IIT JEE and NEET entrance exams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and implement class schedules, exam timetables, and academic event plans.
- Collaborate with faculty to ensure a balanced academic calendar.
- Plan and oversee exams, managing logistics and result publication.
- Maintain accurate records of exams, attendance, and academic events.
- Coordinate workshops and seminars to enhance the learning experience.
- Align academic activities with the school's educational goals.
- Generate reports on academic performance for management review.
- Facilitate communication between staff, students, and administration.
- Manage adjustments to academic plans in collaboration with teachers.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in academic management, timetable planning, and examination coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
