**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a responsible Administrator to organize our company’s day-to-day operations. Your job will be to provide clerical support to our managers and employees and coordinate all daily administrative activities. The Administrator should be highly organized and able to multitask with ease.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Book meetings and schedule events
2. Order office stationery and supplies
3. Maintain internal databases
4. Submit expense reports
5. Maintain a filing system for data on customers and external partners
6. Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
7. Prepare regular reports and presentations
8. Organize, store and print company documents as needed
9. Answer and redirect phone calls
10. Make travel arrangements
11. Handle queries from managers and employees
12. Update office policies and ensure compliance with them
13. Requirements and skills
14. Maintain records of AMC’s and get the work done on time.
15. Keeping eye on cleanliness, hygiene across the centers and other housekeeping related work.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree related field
- 1-3 years of experience in Admin/ Operations or a similar role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office and other tools
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
