**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Print Materials**: Design print materials such as brochures, posters, flyers, banners, packaging, and other promotional materials.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all designs are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all marketing channels.
- **Collaborative Projects**: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives.
- **Conceptualization**: Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts.
- **Photo Editing**: Edit and retouch images for use in marketing materials and product presentations.
- **Feedback and Revisions**: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to designs in a timely manner.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design skills and deliver innovative solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, and other relevant tools.
- **Creativity**: Strong creative skills and the ability to think outside the box to develop unique and engaging designs.
- **Attention to Detail**: High attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- **Time Management**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and demonstrating expertise in both digital and print media.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Knowledge of web design principles and experience with HTML/CSS.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and tools such as Sketch or Figma.
